Assembled easily, no need for assembling latch on closing side for our use to keep dogs from running upstairs to second floor of house unattended. Gate sturdy with support leg to keep gate level with easy swing open/shut.

We purchased this gate to replace one that we struggled to put up each time we left the house. We like to keep our 3 small dogs in the main part of the house and prevent them from going up the stairs or toward the door we must exit. The alarm people told us that if the motion sensor saw that they went up the stairs it would think it was a real person. The gate is fairly easy to install (per husband) and works nicely. It looks nice too.

I have now got a gate on both my bedrooms to keep my dogs seperated. They are good girls but fight for my attention so this solved the problem. I can leave my bedroom doors open and the gates work great.
