About Graco
When Russell Gray and Robert Cone joined forces in 1942, baby products were not their focus. The pair originally formed Graco Metal Products in Philadelphia, Penn. The firm created machine and car parts for local manufacturers for 11 years. Gray left in 1953, leaving Cone as sole owner, and Cone got the idea to manufacture baby products from a Graco employee, David Saint, father of 9. Inspired by the idea of Mrs. Saint soothing her babies on the backyard glider, the Graco Swyngomatic was born. The Swyngomatic sold millions, catapulting Graco to become a leader in manufacturing juvenile products in the process. Since then, Graco has set the industry standard with products like the Pack N' Play and the Travel System. Graco is one of the world's best known and most trusted juvenile products companies. Product safety, quality, reliability, and convenience are their main sources of pride, and are recognized by parents and parenting authorities alike.

Comments about Graco Digital iMonitor with Vibration - 2 Parent Units:
I bought this because of the temperature feature, good range, and ability to talk through the monitor to my daughter. I do like seeing the temp in her room, so I can keep it comfortable for her. I used to shush her back to sleep if she would wake up using the voice option. But the microphone on the base (which is in the baby's room) continuously has to be reset because it stops working. We have to turn the base off and then back on to get it to work again. After 1 year, it has begun to go down hill and doesn't work very well anymore. The battery does not hold a charge, and the chargers don't work properly when plugged in. I have to be very careful how I sit the cord while it is charging or it won't work at all. If it is not plugged in, it will have a constant low battery, and will beep every minute. I ended up buying a video monitor, and still using this one by occasionally turning it on just to monitor the temp in my daughters room.

Comments about Graco Digital iMonitor with Vibration - 2 Parent Units:
I loved the features and the great range of 2000+ feet. But I repeatedly returned this monitor because the microphone in the childs unit stops working after about a month and the parent unit would turn itself off randomly. I finally just returned it, the store gave me no hassel about giving me my money back even way after there return policy because they knew how many times I had returned the item for the same issue. I deed however try at first to warranty it through Graco but they were out of warranty replacements, huh wonder why?
