Very cute, and easily assembled, yet does not manuever very well. All 4 wheels should be able to rotate in all direcions, and it is too tall for 4-6 mth olds. I would recommend it, if the child was older, and if the wheels were able to rotate.

Bought it for granddaughter, she loves it, wish all wheels were able to go all directions, only front wheels turn so she seems to only go backwards and gets stuck against a wall or in a corner. As she grows I am sure she will be able to get around better.
