This car seat has all the features needed to keep your child comfortable and secure in the car. It's a car seat for children at least 2 years old who weigh between 25 and 85 lbs., and are 30 to 57 inches tall; it converts to a belt-positioning booster for children between 40 and 120 lbs. and 42 to 65 inches tall. It has a 5-point, tangle-free safety harness with 10 height positions and three buckle positions to easily fit your growing child, and the Harness Ultra Guard System (HUGS) resists forward movement in the event of a crash. Side impact protection keeps your child's head, neck, and spine in alignment, while the energy-absorbing Versa-Tether further slows forward movement and keeps the top of the child seat anchored. Premium lower LATCH connectors and color-coded vehicle belt guides ensure quick and easy installation in your car. This car seat is compatible with the SecureGuard accessory (not included), which works with your vehicle's safety belt in booster mode to keep your child from sliding under the lap belt; this reduces the risk of abdominal injury in a crash.

So far I love this seat! I've only had it about a week and so far it's great. I bought it for my three year old to replace a Britax Marathon he's had since he was 8 months old. I have a GMC Yukon Denali and it fits perfectly in the second row captain's chairs with room to spare on either side. I love the LATCH system and feel much better that he's attached to the anchors rather than just a seat belt. Another great Britax purchase (it's my fourth sear with two boys) You can't beat the safety features!!! And I received it in two days....excellent customer service and delivery. My first purchase through Hayneedle and I will be coming back again!!

Easy to adjust and install! I did my research online on car seats and found this to be the best one, hands down, bar none! I LOVE that my son can be in harness mode until he's 85 pounds! Five-point harness mode is the safest way for kids to travel in a car (as well as in the MIDDLE of the back seat, in case of side collision). And I love that this isn't one of those flimsy seats that you take the back off of for booster mode! It's much safer for a child to be in one that stays all in one piece like this one. The best and safest car seat on the market! I can't believe how easy it is to adjust the harness!! And I love that the harness straps have a "stop" sewn into them so that you don't have to go digging under your kid to find the metal crotch clips after he sits down! And I love that the head rest is so easily adjustable! And my son loves the cow print (which he thinks is a "fire dog" print, lol)! I just can't say enough good about this car seat! My advice: buy it! You'll never regret it! And because of the weight and height limit (120 lbs, 5 ft. 5 in.!!) it'll be the last car seat you'll ever have to buy after you're child's in a forward-facing seat! (Note: It's only for forward-facing position.)
