We purchased this mattress to go with the Da Vinci Kaylani crib, when it came we took the wrapping off and put it in the crib - only to notice that there was a dent on the infant side of the mattress. I called hayneedle customer service, the representative was very friendly and very helpful - they told us to keep the damaged mattress and immediately sent out a new one, we had the new one within a week (if not sooner) - the second one is in perfect shape. You can tell the difference between the sides of the mattress - the infant side is noticeably more firm. We haven't had our baby yet so I can't say for sure that he will like it, but it seems like a very good, sturdy mattress and we're happy with our purchase.

I have not delivered yet, but this seems to be a good mattress for the price & it definitely fits perfectly with Davinci Kanali 4 in 1 crib.

The first one I received was labeled "toddler side" on BOTH sides :( Customer service was great about exchanging it for a brand new one that was labeled correctly within 3 days:) Luckily I ordered early enough for my infant not to be without a mattress. I haven't delivered yet but it seems good now.
