Some quaility issues with the painting, not so smooth in some areas. One place where it looks like the area had been damaged and then touched up with paint. Some gaps in the wood where I think that it could of been cut to fit better. Not the best quality for the price.
Service and delivery comments:
Box that the crib came in was beat up. Big hole in the side of box. Crib side was damaged from this hit. Looks like the crib box had been opened and retaped shut. Packing was lose and crib pieces were able to shift freely in the box. Lucky that crib was in as good as shape as it was. Piece that was damaged will not be visable. Will keep because I don't want the hassle of sending back.

The crib was great, exactly what we were looking for when we bough it. Only one little problem, we wanted a white crib, and when I think of white, I think of pure white. This crib is not white, but Ivory. In the end, however, the customer service was great and I was able to get my full refund back.
