Althought you can convert it to a twin bed later, keep in mind, it is a mini crib.

After finding this set not available on so many other sites, it was great to not run into the words "not available at this time". It arrived on time, and my 6-month pregnant daughter easily assembled both the crib and changer. She said they could have put the assembly instructions in a more obvious place, but other than that she is delighted with the set. It fits perfectly into their small apartment situation.
