Eventually, you can remove the safety rail and your toddler can enjoy the day bed style. Finally, when they're ready for a big-boy or girl bed, use the original front and back panels of the crib as head and footboards for a full-size bed (bed rails not included).

Two smaller top drawers are perfect for lotions, ointments and medicines. These top drawers swing outward, making them more accessible and allowing you to stay closer to your baby. The combo unit also features a 3-sided safety rail to prevent baby from roll off. Of course, babies should never be left unattended while on the changing table. Add your own changing pad, and when your little one gets older, this piece will continue to work well for them as a dresser.

Adding the hutch to the combo unit adds style and functionality you'll be thankful for. This hutch features one shelf for storing baby's books, photos, and other mementos. Two built-in lights will come in handy for those late-night diaper changes or for showing off special items in the nursery. The lights have a three-position dimmer activated by a convenient touch pad so you can have just enough light to see what you're doing without waking baby in the middle of the night.
