The crib is constructed from solid pine wood forested responsibly and sustainably, and converts easily from crib to toddler bed with the included toddler guard rail. When your little one isn't as little anymore, it can convert to a daybed and full-size bed as well! The rails for the full size are sold separately, but the footboard and headboard are right there on the crib! Finished in a nontoxic stain, this set will look beautiful in the nursery and will serve you well through the years.
The changer portion of this set is crafted from pine and engineered wood, and offers additional room and storage, with three drawers and two back shelves. A 1-inch waterproof changing pad is included as well. Everything you need to start off and grow with your baby throughout childhood is right here in the Kalani Crib and Changer Combo.

It also converts to a toddler bed, day bed and full size headboard and footboard, just like the Kalani. I really like this bed. I would buy it again. I purchased it for my daughter who is expecting in May. It took us 5 1/2 hours to assemble: We needed the people who said they assembled it in 3 1/2 hours to assist us!!!
