Service and delivery comments:
All of the washers (20 altogether) were missing. Customer servce said they did not have extra washers to send to me. They said that I could return the entire crib and get a replacement or buy my own washers and get a credit. One of the side slats was separated from the frame. I was able to glue it together. I'll buy washers at my hardware store. However, I'll never purchase from you again or recommend you and will contact our local department of consumer affairs.

Q1: What is the maximum weight the crib can hold?
A: According to our supplier, for portable cribs, the capacity is not by weight it is by height. A child can not be over 36 inches tall.
