The frame features 360 degree welds and a powder-coated finish for a non-porous surface with fewer places for bacteria to thrive. A reinforced mattress support system is adjustable to two heights and a 3-inch DuraLoft heavy-duty mattress is included. This crib rests on four 2-inch casters, two of which lock so it's easy to move when you want to but won't budge when you don't. Change out the 2-inch casters for 4-inch casters (sold separately) to make it a certified evacuation crib. With 4-inch casters, daycare providers could put several babies in one crib and evacuate them quickly in case of an emergency. Assembly instructions are permanently affixed so you'll never lose them. This crib is JPMA-certified and meets CPSC and ASTM safety standards.
