Convertible crib (optional), Dresser (optional), Chest (optional)
Cell phones, music players, wireless notebooks, video games - today's kids have a lot of super-modern conveniences. Why can't bedroom furniture fall into that category, too? The Kathy Ireland Pilgrimage Lifestyle 4 in 1 Convertible Crib Collection - Black boasts a handily convertible bed, clean lines, a sleek black finish - the definition of modern convenience, we think.
To start, each of the collection's pieces - a crib, dresser, and chest - is crafted with durable, hand-sanded hardwoods coated in a deep, nontoxic black finish. You choose the crib only; the crib and dresser; the crib and chest; the crib, dresser, and chest; or the dresser and chest.
The sap gum wood crib is framed with a classic arched headboard and straight, slatted footboard. With three-position mattress support and a separately sold guard rail and conversion kit, the crib transforms into a toddler bed, daybed, and full-size bed. The birch veneer and MDF double dresser holds three small and four large drawers, while the chest holds five. All the drawers are built with a sturdy box shape, strengthening dovetail joinery, a dustcover, and metal hardware. Every piece in this collection is JPMA certified, too, for maximum safety.
