I was extremely excited to find this bookcase for my daughter's room - I loved how it's not too girly and big enough for toys and books...When the bookcase arrived - it arrived in pieces to assemble but one of the crucial parts was snapped in half. I called the manufacturer to get a replacement and was told it would take 7-10 days. It has been officially 2 weeks now and when I call, I get an answering machine. I will give it a few more days before returning this item which will be a huge pain as it weighs at least 70lbs in the box. I would be very wary about ordering this item - a huge disappoinment.
