We ordered all three pieces of this set. The changing dresser was difficult to put together. After working on it for several hours I went to put the last piece on and it was scratched. Went to put together the crib and one of the head boards was cracked and 2 other pieces were scratched severly. Decided I could live with the scratch on the dresser instead of disassembling it and sending the whole thing back. (They did discount it a little.) Reordered the crib and the same pieces arrived severely scratched again! This furniture scratches easily and the packaging for shipping is poor. I also had to reorder the 3rd piece because the dresser had a huge scratch on it. The furniture looks very nice once we got it together but had to reorder 3 times to get pieces that were not damaged. By the way they can not send individual parts so they have to recharge you to order the same piece and you have to wait for them to credit your account until they receive the original pieces back.

There are two main problem with nursery smart furniture; 1) the packing is insufficient with only thin layers of foam between components and 2) you never know exactly what you are getting in terms of which parts are real wood, composite board, or cardboard.
I have ordered and assembled the Chelsea dresser, changing table and crib. Only the crib was all solid wood.
For the dresser, some assembly diagrams are incorrect (specifically: the drawings for attaching the drawer's sliding mechanism onto the left and right sides are inverted)- the wheels in the sliding sides should be on the bottom portion instead of the top.

Also, the wood scratches and dents very easily.
Overall, however, I am happy with the purchase. It looks nice-especially if you change the knobs.

We put this together in 40 minutes, it was so easy to assemble. No missing pieces, none of the pieces were damaged. Changer looks beautiful and high quality. Color is a beautiful creamy white. Drawers seems very sturdy and the metal glides work well.

Have not used changing table and dresser yet but will see. The white matches perfectly to the crib I ordered else where.

Bought this piece for a toddler room. Looks nice and more expensive than it was. Drawer bottoms are particle board and will hopefully be sturdy enough. Product took my husband about 2.5 hours to assemble. For the price it is probably worth it.
