There are two main problem with nursery smart furniture; 1) the packing is insufficient with only thin layers of foam between components and 2) you never know exactly what you are getting in terms of which parts are real wood, composite board, or cardboard.
I have ordered and assembled the Chelsea dresser, changing table and crib. Only the crib was all solid wood.
For the dresser, some assembly diagrams are incorrect (specifically: the drawings for attaching the drawer's sliding mechanism onto the left and right sides are inverted)- the wheels in the sliding sides should be on the bottom portion instead of the top.
Also, the wood scratches and dents very easily.
Overall, however, I am happy with the purchase. It looks nice-especially if you change the knobs.

Instructions are completly incorrect. Once completed it looks nice, but materials are very cheap and surface does scratch easy. Bottom drawer closes properly but the top three one side doesn't close all the way. It will work but I'm sure there are better ones around this price range.

Also:Some of the pieces where scratched. Decided I could live with the scratch on the dresser and the changer instead of disassembling it and sending the whole thing back. The furniture looks very nice once we got it together.
FOR WHAT YOU PAY IS SHOULD BE MADE WITH BETTER MATERIALS.
