Silver delivers the legendary ergonomic seat and back, adjustable seat and back height, and integrated sinuous spring support for maximum comfort. Patented GLIDE-R-Motion technology allows smooth, extra-long gliding on top-quality ball bearings.
Gold glider option includes all of the Silver level features and adds the Multiposition mechanism which allows you to lock your glider in six stable positions. Lock it back for reading, forward for comfortable TV watching. Multiposition lock holds the glider still so it's easier to sit in or rise out of the chair.
Platinum includes all of the above features, plus Dutailier's patented Smooth Recliner Motion, allowing the back to be reclined any amount up to 18 sleepy degrees. Lean it back and put your feet on a gliding ottoman for heavenly rest and relaxation.

When I ordered this chair it was recommended for taller parents. Later I see Dutailier has a new chair in XL which stinks for me because I had already bought this one. Baby is not here yet so I can't answer how it holds up while nursing and gliding. I will say the Platinum package is worth the $$$

We have a VERY small room for a nursery and couldn't buy something big. So we bought just the chair portion and it is just as described. It came in three days, took 5min to take out of box and put together. Very comfortable and ready to glide for when baby comes. Love the pattern on the material too. Even my husband said "this works well in here". It is definately worth the money.
