The standard glider features are included in option level Silver, and exciting additional glider features are available in the Gold and Platinum option levels. Silver delivers the legendary ergonomic seat and back, adjustable seat and back height, and integrated sinuous spring support for maximum comfort. Patented GLIDE-R-Motion technology allows smooth, extra-long gliding on top-quality ball bearings.
Gold glider option includes all of the Silver level features and adds the Multiposition mechanism which allows you to lock your glider in six stable positions. Lock it back for reading, forward for comfortable TV watching. Multiposition lock holds the glider still so it's easier to sit in or rise out of the chair.
Platinum includes all of the above features, plus Dutailier's patented Smooth Recliner Motion, allowing the back to be reclined any amount up to 18 sleepy degrees. Lean it back and put your feet on a gliding ottoman for heavenly rest and relaxation.

I had an old, hard rocker for my first child and wished the whole time as it creaked, that I had a comfy glider. For my 2nd child due next month, after many reviews, I decided to go for the best. Why settle for another one that will creak again? I didn't want thin padding either. This is perfect. All gliders should have the stop on them. It makes them safer. I went for the recline because with my first one, she sometimes wouldn't lay down unless I stayed in the room for a while. Might as well be comfortable!

With two new grand babies and one on the way my wife wanted a new glider-rocker for her bedroom. We shopped in the stores and found the Dutailier to be the Cadillac of them all. Buying online saved us hundreds of $$$'s, and it was delivered free right to our front door. 15 minute assembly (single Phillips head screwdriver required) and she was enjoying her new chair. Couldn't be more pleased.

Looks great in our daughter's nursery, the color will match pretty much anything and the cushions are soft and plush. The chair is very roomy too. My husband is 6'5" and fits great, he loves it. I am 5'2" and my feet reach the floor, but I prefer rocking with the matching ottoman. It's a little bulky, but definitely worth losing a little space because it is so comfortable! My only complaint is the arm pads come un-velcroed easily, but maybe that will improve as we break it in.

Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was faster than expected. No damage and just need to put 4 screws in and pop the cushions on. Maybe 20 minutes.
