Warranty: Our warranty is consistent with major fabric producers and furniture manufacturers regarding the after market coating of fabrics. Wherefore, we may disclaim responsibility for service on complaints when it can be determined that after-market fabric protectors or coatings have been applied. The chemicals involved in these protectors and their application can change the characteristics of certain fabrics causing color changes, etc. Our products are backed by this limited warranty which is an expression of our confidence in the materials we use and the craftsmanship employed to create our quality products. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and applies under conditions of normal household usage. It does not apply to defects resulting from negligence, abuse or misuse including inadequate or improper maintenance, cleaning or care, or exposure to chemicals, liquids, accidents, any use for which the product was not designed. Any claim for service under this warranty must be made through the retail dealer from whom the product was purchased. WE assume no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. (Some states do not allow this exclusion in which case this limitation may not apply.) Transportation or delivery damage is excluded. We retain the option to repair or replace the defective item at our expense. Charges are not covered under this limited warranty and other transportation charges may apply. Frame and Springs: Limited lifetime warranty. Limited warranty valid from date of purchase to the original purchaser. Applies only to original, unaltered products with our original fabrics and subject to normal wear and usage. Fabric: One-year limited warranty. Limited warranty valid for on year from date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty is for wear and seam slippage and excludes fading, piling or shrinkage and is not valid where there is evidence of heavy soiling or excessive or inappropriate usage. Motion Mechanism: Limited one-year warranty. Limited warranty valid for one year from date of purchase to the original purchaser. Applies only to original, unaltered products with original parts and subject to normal wear and usage. Applies to parts only and does not include installation labor, transportation/handling charges that may apply. Foam Seating: Three year limited warranty. Limited warranty valid for three years from date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty is not valid where there is evidence of excessive or inappropriate usage. Foam and filling materials will conform to the shape of the user and ten to soften or flatten which is natural and not considered a warranted manufacturing defect. '
