It really WAS as easy to install as the directions said it would be. The color was actually more of an oatmeal (thankfully) than as white as the photos online. We purchased this because of the high reveiws it received. Within 3 months it began creaking and making loud noises when it rocked. Obviously, this was frustrating when trying to put down a 6 month old to bed! The gliding mechanisms became loose, as well causing it to rock unevenly. I am currently attempting a return, as it comes with a one year warranty. It was used under normal use by parents of healthy weight. In retrospect, we should have spent the extra no show for increased quality.

Best shipping rate and least expensive I could find online. The chair came rather quickly and was really easy to assemble. We will get good use out of it when the baby arrives in a couple weeks.
