We here at[@] added anotehr member to our team, and thus needed a comfortable rocking chair for the nursery. After much research, we settled on "Storkcraft Bowback Glider & Ottoman Set", based on multiple reviews.Out of the box the set looks really nice - equivalent or better than many others we have sene on a showroom floor. Assembly was fairly easy, (aside from the fact that some items were missing from the box and had to be ordered from the manufacturer). side rails did not fit perfectly into their appropriate "holes" and some pressure had to be applied to make them fit. On to comfort.arms and back are pretty cushy, but same just CAN NOT be said about the seat cushion. Compared to otehr chairs - it is paper thin, and after 30 days of use, developed a serious cavity (and we are by no means heavyset). Seat should be the most comofrtable, and it is not, so we had to buy an extra seat cushion. about 20 days into its use, chair started squeaking. We thought it might be positioning, but its not. This thing SQUEAKS, and of course loudest at night, when the house is quiet. Lubricating joints with WD40 did not help too much. W elike the microfiber material, though we wish it came in a darker color - as color combos offered are just too light, and especially with ottomand ( that usually have feet rested on them) they get dirty quickly. This is our 2nd set, so we left original plastic seat cover on the ottoman - to keep it clean. Overall its a good chair, at a fair price, main reasons im giving it a 3 is the seat cushion and squeaking.
