It took me forever to find the perfect glider and I do believe I've found it here. Not only was it's cost reasonable, but we got twice as much for half the price. [...]and was so easy to assemble I did it myself at 8 months. It's very comfortable and I'm looking forward to spending many more hours with our newborn in it. The side pockets are great for a book or a bottle and its smooth gliding motion can easily put both baby, and mom during alone time, fast asleep! The light green color is perfect and not too harsh and blends in well with the natural tones of the room.

I thought when the original price was $359.99 that this chair would be the heavy duty version of the gliders that you see in furniture stores. I could not pass up the chair for [$]. No, it is NOT the heavy duty chair but it is fair for the low price. I had trouble with one screw in assembly and still need my brother to come and help me get it into place. I had to buy another cushion to put on top of the chair bottom cushion for support. The original cushion was too thin. There was grease on the chair bottom cushion which thankfully I was able to get off with a little cleaning. There was a small nick on one part of the glider which I was able to fix with a little stain. The reason I did all of this was because to send such a large package back would be almost totally impossible. NOW, I will see how long this glider actually holds up under use. I would guess in six months to a year, I will be going to the furniture store and buying another piece of furniture.

While visiting my son and grandson in Tennessee for an extended stay they had a chair like this for me to use. I loved it so much I bought one just like it for me when I got home. I love it.
Great for reading and watching tv and even dosing off sometimes.
Love the handle bag on the right side for my book or the remote control.
The gliding motion is very soothing and I just love the chair Color is perfect for me also.

This glider rocker is a great value. I will definitely shop ay Hayneedle again. I was so surprised when it arrived that it was almost completely assembled. I probably put the rest together in less than 10 minutes. The sage green color is a little darker than the picture, and looks very nice in my room.
