I was so excited to find a reclining glider for half the price then at the baby stores. The reclinging feature is amazingly comfortable. I put this together on my own at 8 1/2 months pregnant, super easy! The cherry stain is darker than a typical cherry which is what I wanted. One complaint is the fabric color, I'm really nervous about getting it dirty. Right now I have a cozy blanket drapped over it to keep any dirt off but I plan on scotch guarding it as well. Also the adjustments probably need to be worked in a bit as they are pretty tight/stiff right now. Other than that it's a great value and comes highly recommended.

The chair was fairly easy to assemble and functions very well and comfortably. I have two complaints about it. 1. The finish on the wood is a bit shoddy, not consistently even and shiny. I expect better given the price. 2. The ottoman must be treated with something, perhaps a stain resistant spray. After the first use my feet/ankles became itchy. I will try to wash it with my upholstery cleaning machine to remedy this. We have a stain resistant couch and I've never had the skin reaction before.

When assembling the arm rests and back rest, don't tighten the screws on the arm rests, this will make it easier to install the back rest

I bought this product for my son and his wife's nursery. The baby has not arrived yet but we have all tested the chair and it is functional, pretty and comfortable. We had a bad experience trying to purchase a chair at Babies-R-Us and this website had the largest selection and best prices I could find on line. Shipping was quick, we got the chair and the box was dinged and ripped in a couple of places but the chair inside was fine.

there chair is good. the locking handle and the reclining handle were a bit of a pain to get together though.
