I just received it in the mail today. It looks exactly like the pictures. The fabric is suede like, which gives it a very nice look. It was so easy to put together, I was done in 20 minutes; and I am 6 months pregnant. It is comfortable and relaxing to sit on. A very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable, and beautiful rocking chair/glider.

First off, I will say that this glider was relatively easy to assemble. Although it was smaller than I expected, I thought it was pretty comfortable (I'm 5'2" and my husband is 5'7"). Also, the rocking mechanism seemed to work well, with only an occasional squeak.
However, it very quickly started falling apart. About 6 months after we bought it, the screws holding the arm of the chair came loose and would not screw back in (not sure why). No problem, I borrowed a couple C-clamps and glue it back down.
Then the other arm came loose and was not usable. Before I could fix this problem, the ENTIRE TOP HALF of the chair somehow sheared off the bottom half. Luckily no one got hurt, much less the baby who was being rocked to sleep at the time.
I would not recommend you buy this chair. Frankly, I think Hayneedle should refund my money, but they have a pretty weak "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy if you read it carefully.

This chair is really a great chair for the money, sturdy and attractive. My husband had it assembled in no time at all. I bought it as a Christmas present for my Grandma so her company would have a nice chair to set in when they come visiting. Perfect!!

I received my purchase in 3 days. After putting it together, the arm screws woundn't tighten down properly. So I drilled out the existing holes and put the new screws in. Only after that was this product at good quality.

Bought this chair 6 weeks ago and its falling apart.Was told by service that it only had a thirty day warranty, but thanks for shopping here,should have followed the reviews and purchased a different chair.

I purchased this for my daughter who just gave birth to her first child. It was more expensive than a couple of other chairs that were similar, so I thought if I spent the extra $10- $20, it would be nicer. It wasn't. There's no solid seat, just a piece of lining over the springs. The fabric is cheap microfiber that shows spots when it gets wet and has a thin cushion that makes her bottom hurt after sitting in it while nursing the baby. I ordered the cherry colored frame. It's very dark, so if you are looking for the lighter cherry, this is not the one for you. My daughter has a petite frame (5'4") and her head sits above the top of the back cushion. Her husband is 6'3" and takes up the complete seat and his head and shoulders rest completely above the back of the chair. A good chair should support the back of your shoulders and head. I typically don't write reviews, but wanted others to be advised of the product they are buying.
