We've not used the Glider/Ottoman combo yet, since we've still got 3 weeks to wait on the arrival of our little girl, but the picture on the website doesn't do it justice! It's BEAUTIFUL, STURDY, AND COMFORTABLE! It's got JUST the right about of padding, and glides very smoothly... I see myself taking many a naps in this chair with our daughter! :) Also, looks like an easy place for Grandma/Grand baby bonding!
